Below you will see some of the recent events we have produced along with a brief description of the unique production concerns and how we were able to meet our client's needs.
AFL-CIO hired Lexicon-Global to provide interpretation for English to Spanish and Arabic in two separate settings.
The plenary session hosted over 3,500 guest and included guest speakers such as:
− President Obama (via video)
− Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass)
− Valerie Jarrett (President Obama's Advisor)
− Eric Garcetti (Mayor of Los Angeles)
− Rev. Jose Horacio Gomez (Arch Bishop of LA)
Two breakout sessions followed the plenary session each day with 150 participants in each room.
For this event the meeting planners requested that Lexicon-Global provide interpretation for English to and from Spanish.
As this was a small room, our solution included our proprietary tabletop booth which allowed the interpreters to be in the back of the room without disrupting the group.

Carmazzi Global Solutions hired Lexicon-Global to provide interpretation for English to and from Spanish and French.
The plenary session hosted an audience of 2,000 out of which 400 required interpretation. This solution included our fully encapsulated booths on risers for an unobstructed view of the stage as well as a dedicated three channel system including the floor language.
The event planners requested that Lexicon-Global provide language interpretation for Spanish to and from English.
The solution provided included a fully encapsulated booth as well as a dual language interpretation system . This allows there to be a dedicated "Floor" language (in this case English) and the target language (Spanish).
Also included in the solution for this event were 200 multi-channel receivers with headsets.
By seamlessly interfacing with the on-site A/V department we were able to provide a high quality feed of all spoken presentations and questions directly to the interpreters for an optimum environment for the interpreters to be able to concentrate better and ultimately do better job of interpreting.
In addition the event was also web-casted in both languages for those who could not attend the event in person could watch in their respective languages on-line.
The Hong Kong Trade Council hired Lexicon-Global to provide interpretation in three separate settings, each had it's own specific requirements.
In the plenary session we provided interpretation in Mandarin-Chines for an audience of over 2,500 attendees. The solution provided included a fully encapsulated booth as well as a dual language interpretation system . This allows there to be a dedicated "Floor" language (in this case English) and the target language (Mandarin-Chinese).
There was one breakout room The solution provided incorporated our proprietary tabletop booth as well as a dual language system . similar to the plenary session.
Lastly, there was an off-site private meeting requiring a hi dual channel system for a group of 25 individuals.

This event required we move booths from one room to the other. The tabletop booth was the best option to facilitate quick and efficient room changes.
This event required 300 receivers and headsets.
This meeting included a 75 Unit Microphone Discussion System tied into our 5 language system for Vietnamese, Mandarin-Chinese, Spanish and Arabic interpretation to and from English.
The room was set for 80 individuals 75 required coverage by our Microphone Discussion System.
In addition to the 100 receivers and headsets accommodations were made to provide for live we casting of all languages.
For this event we provided interpretation in two different rooms for two different languages, Mandarin-Chinese, and Spanish, in each room
The solution provided included tabletop booths as well as a a dedicated three channel system including the floor language.
This meeting included a 15 Unit Microphone Discussion System tied into our 2 language system for French to and from English.
The room was set for 30 individuals 15 required coverage by our Microphone Discussion System .
In addition to the 15 receivers and headsets s for the main discussion tables we provide and addition 35 receivers with headsets.
This event was held in a very small room which made the tabletop booth the best option to f ensure the best working environment for the interpreters as well as the limited space available.
This client approached us with the need of having a discussion style meeting with 50 delegates around a hollow square configuration with the need to have French interpretation services.
The solution provided included a fully encapsulated booth as well as a dual language interpretation system . coupled together with a 50 unit microphone discussion system. This provides each participant to comfortably participate in the discussion as well as provide structure that allows better flow of the topics and discussion. Additionally, allows their interpreters to seamlessly hear participant clearly and accurately providing the best possible opportunity to provide optimum interpretation service.
Also included in the solution for this event were 200 multi-channel receivers with headsets for those in attendance.

Porsche hired us to provide interpretation for three languages into and from English. The languages included French, German and Spanish.
The event was held in a converted tented area at a local hotel. With a production are available in the next room we were able to place the fully encapsulated booths there and were provided three LCD screens for each booth to view the presenters adequately.
